Louie Moccia
Putnam Investments
Louie Moccia, an assistant vice president in the Client Services Division at Putnam Investments, has over twenty-three years experience in the mutual fund industry. During his tenure at Putnam, he has held various positions including Business Planning & Development manager and Quality Control supervisor. Louie has extensive experience in supervisory and management quality training, implementation of quality improvement programs, organizational analysis and customer relationship management.
In his current role, Louie's primary responsibilities are to oversee Putnam's external vendors' quality relationships, providing analysis of industry quality benchmarking data and measurments, as well as to continuously enhance Putnam's overall quality and client satisfaction.
Louie is also an active member of the community he represents Putnam Investments in United Regional Chamber of Commerce, volunteers on various Putnam planning committees for both internal employee morale initiatives and external community outreach opportunities, and has been the co-manager for Putnam's United Way employee campaign for the last 5 years.
Louie lives in Franklin with his wife, Jennifer and their children Samantha, Claudia, and Benjamin.
